Shipping policy

Important: Our operations may be limited during COVID-19. Your order may be delayed or even cancelled due to restrictions in the receiving country or territory. Please make sure you check the shipping and receiving restrictions for the intended destination. 


Orders are packed and shipped within 3 calendar days. Note: We get backlogged during new releases and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Transit time is measured in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out on the next business day.

During checkout, customers can choose their preferred shipping option—we’ll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your shipping selection, the delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. 


Where do you ship?

We ship to most places around the world including APO/FPO addresses. We apologize if your address is not available at the moment, please drop us a note at merch@signal.org so we can work with our distributors to include it in the future. 


Customs for international orders

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence. 


Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pickup and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.


How long will it take to receive my package?

Most orders will be processed and shipped from our distribution partner’s warehouse within 3 calendar days. You will receive an automated notification when your order has shipped. The estimated delivery windows you see at checkout do not include the time needed to process your order.  


If your package is damaged, delayed or lost

If your package is damaged or delayed in any way, contact us at merch@signal.org. Please make sure to include your tracking number and any other details of the order. We will work with you to rectify the issue.
